I love the fact that the employees give honest opinions on charms. They provide help to make sets. Which has helpedme with all my pandora collections. I've always had great customwr service. I just wish there was an insurance so if its broken or loss we can replace the charm. I have bought the same stopper already 3 times. I hope it doesnt easily come off as the others ones have
