Because the sales lady offered to clean my bracelet I had on in which I advised her I had just gotten off work from a bakery and one of the bracelet charms had icing in it (birthday card). She walked away for a few and came back placed it on my wrist and I left. When I got home and opened the card(charm) it was still covered even after I showed her in store.

The check in wasn’t made very clear, I was there 10 minutes before a lady and she didn’t check in and was ahead of me. Only problem with the visit

The line was long and it appeared to be available sales representatives. The representatives appeared to be tired and possibly over worked. I had to make 2 purchases because she wasn't aware of what I was asking for.

The service was fine. I was disappointment in the envelope given to me for the charm. Previously it was much more impressive box and had a ribbon and for the price for the tiny charm and it’s a gift I would expect something better.

I adored pandora bracelets for years. I was always afraid to go into the store because i couldnr afford anything. I decieded to save up money. I really love my purchase. Is there a gaurantee?
