Well I asked for a specific item and was shown a different item but overall it was a good experience.

The Sales girl didn’t welcome us that much respect She wasn’t try to help me find what I like She keeps avoiding and ignoring my recommendations and choices

Waiting in the long line out side the store to make my purchase.

Went in to purchase a gold charm and there was one, yes one charm available, That is ridiculous.

The iPad kept saying error made the process slower other then that it was great

Customer service by associate was great The only issue was customers could only be served one group at a time and the two associates had to cover 5 groups at one time. They were doing their best, however people took time to look at the charms

Pandora needs to rethink the structure of making the best sales. While the cul-de-sac is a great idea, they're reaching over each other or the sales associate is always having to move to the side to get the products for customers.

There is no major reason as to why I was not highly satisfied with my experience. The sales associate with helpful and friendly and gave me time to browse before I was ready to make a purchase.
