Was only aloud to go to one spot in the store. So I could not browse. Felt rushed do to customers waiting at the door and the little section in the glass.

Due to a very long line I wasn't able to look around. I didn't want to hold up the line for the people that were waiting to get into the store.

I was on a break from work, so time was limited. The were only three associates working. The entire process took to long, associates need to move a little quicker.

You have to wait outside until they say to come in. When we finally got into store we waited again and the girl started to take a another customer that came in after us I had to ask the girl who let us in if anyone was going to help us

Took too long to get inside. The line was moving quiet quickly until my family member and I got the front. Then it took a good while and many people exiting the store before we got in

I was looking for a specific charm - grandmother or grandson. There were practically no charms that fit in these categories.

Please fix your website; check out. I received an email that the bracelet I wanted was available and when I went to check out, it was gone. If an item is not available, an alert at checkout to remove the item, is better than deleting all the information.
