I have an issue with my bracelet and noone at the store was able to help me, the sales lady try but the manager didn't really pay any attention to my issue

The salesperson Liane J was very nice. Her manager on the other hand was rude and condescending. If we had to deal with the manager solely we wouldn’t have completed our purchase. One example of her condescending demeanor was when I asked to have my original bracelet cleaned she said all my charms weren’t Pandora. They all were definitely Pandora charms and her tone was disrespectful. I would’ve loved for her to look up each one and confirm. She needs to learn better customer etiquette. If it wasn’t for Liane we would’ve definitely walked out the store.

Lorene was an exceptional sales associate, she looked up to see if another store had something for us. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with our selection.

Why don't all the bracelets come in different sizes? All sales associates should be more aware of the products (new and old) in the store.

Poor selection. Display items not available, most styles were too fancy for my taste. You could use more styles to select from.

There is not enough of a selection at the store. Also came in to clean jewelry was not able to get it completed.
