I was there to purchase two rings and was told there was a promotion to get a free ring. When I picked out my free ring, I was told it was one price, but after paying and seeing my receipt when I got home, I saw that it was actually more (due to the metal of the ring I chose). I am happy with the ring, but I am a bit upset that I was told false information. I also wish the associate had pointed out which rings were in the same price range as the first two I was buying, since this one was over 2x the price I had intended to spend. Since she just showed me all of the rings available, I picked out the nicest one, and was already interested in it by the time I knew the price. It all felt a bit deceiving, and I ended up spending over $100 more than I intended when I walked into the store.

I had to browse/circle the store several times and then wait at the counter for quite some time before I received a greeting and assistance. A number of the items I was considering were out of stock or the last one was on display.

All of the charms that I wanted were not part of the buy 2 get 1 free sale. Did not know that before I came into the store

Only reason why i wasn’t satisfied was due to a charm not being in stock. which is understandable. other than that it was fine.

They did not have the clips I needed for my bracelet gold. Nor did they have it for the silver. The sales woman was not able to tell me where the clips are.
