I was satisfied with what I purchased but it was advertised if u spent $150 u would receive a free bracelet. When I asked I was told it expired. The store was closed for a week. This was the first time it was opened. I was very disappointed in that

The lady in the entrance of the shop, the one is giving the access, looked tired, she wasn’t friendly, she even looked at me like disgusted and I didn’t like that. This was my first experience shopping at a Pandora Store, the sales associate was excellent, smiling and offering options, she saved my first experience.

It was close to closing and I felt a little rushed.

The sales associate need to pay more attention to the customers need rather that push to sell what they want the customer to purchase. I was told that they did not have anything on sale and if I wanted a sale item I need to shop on Fridays. Okay was my answer but still ended spending $138.61

There is a pair of earrings that I like, but they are only part of a holiday set and can not be purchased separately. It is a flower earring and necklace set for $99. I would not wear the necklace, so I would not spend $99 just to get the earrings.

The size I wanted was not available

During initial visit to the store on 10/13, the sales associate failed to locate a gemstone I requested (opal). Instead she showed me a pink gemstone she advised was the October stone. When I returned to get the item I’d chosen previously, a different sales agent assisted. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store and even showed me the exact gem I had requested (opal). When I described the clasp I’d chosen previously, the associate advised that it was not the October birthstone - just pink. I was glad to know that opal was available but frustrated that the previous associate told me that the store did not sell opal and misrepresented the stone she offered. Nevertheless, I opted for the original clasp (group purchase for my mother’s birthday) and made note of the opal for the future.

I like pandora and all accessories. I get a lot of staff to the present. And I bay for my friends so excited about the quality.
