Sales associate with not extremely fit friendly.

Was told the price of the clips was 20 dollars was charged 27 dollars

My daughter gave me a Mother’s Day gift a Pandora charm it broke and the store will not replace it, it was sentimental to me.

I always think there is rom for improvement

They should by mire friendly when is time to return my husband buy me for Valentine’s Day a ring to bing and I went to return and she have actitude, he buy at Quaker brigade mall but I when to return at Oxford valley mall there is whwre the girl is maybe having a bad day ....

The store is a but small but cute and clean. The quality of jewelry is reasonable and priced fairly. Associates are nice as well.

It was easy and fast to get my item.

It is the holiday season, so it was not the sales associates, but the shoppers in the store. However, I'll just call her Chicago was great! Thanks!

The sales representative was not enthusiatic about helping me. She assisted me with purchassing charms for my bracelets but did not help me choose a new bracelet. I wanted to buy a new bracelet and she just pointed to where they were located and never asked if I wanted her to take one out for me to see so I left the store.

The experience I has was around the holidays anyway so it was heavily packed. I had my Pandora card with me but still had to wait at least a good 45 minutes before getting someone to assist me.
