It was just crowded. I waited longer than I planned. A ring I wanted was displayed but I was told It shouldn’t have been because it was discontinued.

Someone at the entrance was not very polite and was just telling all customer the wait to be assisted was 1.5hrs. Also I was not Apple to pay using my Apple credit card on Apple Pay. Seems primitive that this store would not have a working digital Apple Pay station.

I was disappointed in the Christmas ornaments for 2019. The change was drastic and we should have been able to choose different chstms.

There were MANY sale reps in the store. AFTER 5 MINUTES WAITING, NOT 1 EVEN ACKNOWLEDGDED ME.I know they were busy, but it doesn't take much to say "hello" or "I'll be right with you". I have been working in retail for 30 years, I make it a point to greet everyone within 5 feet of me.

They could not find the special charm. Just one of the sales ladies knew what I was talking about. They did not offer to locate it or extra Assistance.

Store was very busy, but there were plenty of associates to help us. We didn't have to wait long at all! The young lady who helped us was lovely!

Upon walking in I was no greeted and it appeared to be at least one sales associate that was available

They had my salesperson’s ‘station’ by the cashier, not by the display cases. Everything we wanted to see we had to specifically ask for and wait for her to find it and bring it back. We couldn’t look at trays at all

The charms that I was interested in are being discontinued so there were not many left. However, this is not a fault of the store.
