I was not highly satisfied because of the pressure that was put on buying merchandise. Rather than buying something worth the true value it was a bit more expensive than it should have been. But overall can overlook those things.

I was satisfied with my overall ltransaction. I felt like the associate that was helping me did a good job at offering different options that were still available for purchase. She also did a great job with product knowledge.

The charms are often too 'blingy' for my taste. For example, some have lots of gems studded in them or something, and the shape of the charm is too rigid. It looks kind of tacky.

No greeting upon entering. Person who seemed to be manager busy doing something at counter to even answer simple question. Generally unfriendly - felt like I was interrupting their day. Had I not driven quite a ways to get a specific item I would have left.

There was a waiting line. I stood in line for 15min without it moving. Looked like 2 associates were working the store in freehold mall.

I had no problems while I was there, it's just the Christmas rush and waiting for a sales person. while I was there a woman came in very upset that her son came in to buy and was not treated with respect, like he was not a serious customer. The whole store got to hear this.

I had put a ring on hold over phone and was there to only pick it up. I was just waiting in store but nobody asked me if i needed help. I went up to someone to let her know that i was waiting for pick up, after which i was checked in and had to wait for a long time for my turn, then for the associate to find my ring and then to pack it.
