i spent more money than i initially expected. this is not the associates fault, she was very pursuasive, which is an excellent trait when selling merchandise. overall, i am happy with my experience and will be at pandora again when buying another gift for my girlfriend:)

The salesperson didn't seem to understand my questions, let me leave without pursuing interest expressed by me in other merchandise. While she did do a "light cleaning" on my older bracelet/charms she was pretty concerned about her nail polish.

The item I wanted (Sparkling Surprise Charm, clear CZ) listed as Out of stock online and the store did not have it in stock. I settled for one in gold color and since it is a gift my girlfriend may return it since it really doesn't match the silver colors on her bracelets.

The oke charm I was looking for was in the system as available yet no one could find it. I really wanted that charm and was disappointed that some one error made me get my Hope's up only to be let down.

I was forced to wait a half hour before speaking to an associate. There were only 2 other customers in the store and I still had to wait an ungodly amount of time before making my purchase. This was very frustrating as I already knew what I wanted and my purchase only took 5 minutes after attaining an assciate.

I was able to return a bracelet I didn’t like and purchase two new charms. The salesperson was very helpful.
