I was Satisfied with my purchase, the salesperson.

Sales person was not bubbly, not into her sale.

The woman who assisted me manipulated the bracelet, saying it was to "soften" the bracelet. It made it not sit correctly on my wrist. It really bothered me when I got home, so I did return to the store and exchanged it with her and requested she not bend it in her hand so that it did not do that. I understand why she did it, but it is something I am purchasing, and I think she should allow the customer to choose whether to do that or not and not go ahead and take that initiative on her own. It should be brand new to the customer and their choice whether they want her to do that or not. She was a lovely woman and I know she was only trying to assist, so I wasn't overly upset.

I was satisfied with my visit at the Pandora, the only issue was that what I was looking for was not available.

I loved the selection they had everything I wanted.I wanted to buy more if I could.it was very Nice and cute.

Everything was fine during my visit to this Pandora store. I guess I'm just hard to really please. You really have to wow me to get highly satisfied.

Pandora discontinued an item I was interested in and no specials.

Associate is not available right away, and when I used my Birthday coupon to continue with the payment, they encountered problem and it always take time to pay. The associate did it 3X until they’re done..
