I could not give a rate of highly satisfied because there is a lack of sales associates available when you first enter store. If you have 2 to 3 customers and more entering store you should have more than 1 sales associate. Your customer's shouldn't have to wait.

After bringing home the bead I purchased, I’m not satisfied with how it hangs from my bracelet. The bead is beautiful it just doesn’t hang long enough as the other one does & it doesn’t look like it belongs. I’m considering what I should do about it.

according to web site I was to receive a free bracelet with purchase over 125.00 I spent 200.00 and did not receive it, nor was it offered or informed about it either. It should have been put in my bag when I paid for my items and told it was in there, now I have to try and go back and see if they even have it any more or I can still get it.

It just alarmed me when a customer came in asking to purchase a gift card and they were out of gift cards. In business, I find this to be neglectful and irresponsible. What if I had driven all the way to the mall only to buy a gift card? I would have been angry and would likely never return.

The wait was a little long. There are few items I was interested in that the store did not have in stock. However the sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

The store was rather crowded, and I felt rushed to make my selections because another customer wanted to view the same display.
