I was very satisfied. My feedback would be if there could be a valued customer points card that would give discounts or cash back for other merchandise. The cost of the products are expensive and it's a nice way to say thank you to us.

I went into the store to purchase a charm, the sales person broke my bracelet of 10 years and then I had to come back (the store was in NJ and I live in PA, we were only in the area to handle some other business) to get a replacement bracelet that was not like my original. Now the replacement bracelet is causing me problems and I can't get anyone to return my calls

Went into looking for a certain charm. Asked about that charm but was told they didn't have one. Even tho it might not have been in store it could still be purchased online and delivered to store right? No answer. Just wondered why I was shown other carms nothing like what I asked.. because they were more expensive? I di do a purchase of a charm I loved was just hoping to understand. Thank you.

One of my rings is peeling off. They didn’t have another one to exchange it. I bought this ring in March of this year. They said they will call me if they find a replacement

Had one of my bracelet cleaned and while it was being cleaned my charm came off and went down the drain. The charm was a retired piece and it was replace with a similar charm but still disappointed.

The associate was specifically asked if they had earrings that had long post. The answer was yes but what we were shown was shorter than what was being worn. It seems that the associate that helped us was new and so someone else was assisting her. The assistant took off her shoe in our presence and begin playing with it/doing something to it. I believe she caught my facial expression and walked away and then came back but before we finished our transaction she did it a second time. I again looked at her and the Trainee asked for assistance and she told her to give her a minute because she was playing with her shoe and was going to get hand sanitizer. Also, I was told about this survey and I asked if it could be used online, in store or if there was any other stipulations and they was uncertain.
