realice una compra en la tienda y al volver a mi alojamiento verifiqué que no se me entrego el item comprado. el trámite para la devolución o para buscar una solución fue muy largo y duro mas de 4 horas. Las tiendas en otros lugares no saben como ayudar al cliente y llamando a los números asignados para atención al cliente me dejaron esperando en línea más de 45 mins. Tuve que insistir con la tienda donde compre el item para que resolvieran mi caso pero todo esto me llevó mas de tres horas.

I applied for a credit card to receive priority entrance and it was not honored. Sales associate needs further training. No stock available in store.

The sales associate seemed like she didn’t care to help me with my purchase. Just wanted me to pay and leave. I asked for the gift to be wrapped as they have done before. She said yes and then proceeded to put it in a Pandora bag and seal it up. Not much of a wrap job if you ask me. If this were my first experience I would definitely not return to Pandora. Most likely I will shop a different Pandora store from now on.

I bought a bracket as a gift for my daughter and it was store the same way it came I pulled it out as it was stored with another gift. The bracket had a tarnished color I took it to the store to see what could be done. The manager told me it just led needed to be cleaned and they don’t do cleanings on weekends or during holidays. The bracket have never been worn or outside of the bag it was given in. I was beyond disappointed because I bought the bracket with my hard earned money and have been a good customer. I was shocked to find out she was the manager of the store!! I ended up buying charms as I was there to shop as well and my family member who I was introducing to pandora bought as well but I am not sure I will be supporting that location as a few members of my circle already warned me about the service they receive at that location.

Had to ask for service while employee was on her phone. Seemed as if I was bothering her.

They did have what I wanted and was told try to order it offline. I always have to wait to be served when there’s like five clerks doing nothing at the time.

While purchasing a bracelet for a family member the sales representative was unsure of the size she asked that I take my bracelet off ones done, my bracelet fell under the counter and they were unable to retrieve it cause they couldn’t move the counter. My Bracelet is still underneath the counter and I’m very upset that no incentive I was offered to me and I had to walk away with my Pandora bracelet left inder the counter. It remains there still today. I tried to call corporate office various times and continue to get hung up on. I finally went back to the store only to be told to keep calling the corporate office. I’ve spent so much money in Pandora I don’t feel as though this issue was handled very well

Length of wait. I knew what I wanted the moment I stepped in line. Individuals could only purchase items once they reached the front of the line. Should have an express line and browsing line. This would have cut my wait time from 45 min to maybe 20 or even 15 min

The availability of merchandise. Every time I found a charm that I wanted 2 of there was only 1. Also spacers I can find in other locations weren't available. I don't frequent this particular mall, so I can't say they haven't been better.
