The lady attending me was barley paying attention to me although I am a minor she should be nice. I felt like no attention was towards me, she was more focused on helping other more than me even though they were being helped. I would ask her about items in the store and she would hand me the pandora book and say,” just look in there” and I felt unwelcome.

The salesperson attending me was very busy having conversation with her co-workers and not paying to much mind of what I wanted to purchase. I finally made my selections and while wrapping up she was still having conversation with her co-workers. Once I came home I noticed that not all my items were in the bag. I called the store and I was told to go pick it up. The salesperson forgot to wrap it up alone with my other items.

purchashed two princess rings for my daughters a few months ago. had to return one of them because it cracked. associate gave me a new ring but went in the back stockroom for it. came home looked at it and it looked tarnished. went back to the store requested a new ring out of the case, quality of the rings are different from when I purchased them, you can feel the difference in weight and color from the new one that I just replaced compared to my other daughters from prior purchase. Completely different. Extremely dissapointed will not purchase pandora anymore.

The wait was extremely too long. It was over two hours. I knew what I wanted, one item. I was told the only way I could avoid the wait was to apply for a credit card or already have one.

I completely hate the fact that when you purchase items over 200.00 you won't be able to get cash refund until 14 business days .. this is very horrible and I won't never purchase anything from Pandora again .. I will also let everyone know about this return policy ..

The wait was extremely long considering the store was not very busy at all. I believe they had 3 associates helping people and 3 associates walking around putting items away. I would think that utilizing only half the staff while you have multiple costumers in the store is a waste of money and resources. Some jobs in the store should wait to until down time.

There were customers in store being helped, other employees stood around looking at each other. They decided to put names on a list well after I was waiting, which would have people whom came in after me being helped before me. I made this know and was ignored. IF not for the fact I wanted a particular item that was asked for in my family I would have walked out.
