Associates did not greet me when I entered. The sssociste hardly helped me and did not offer a bag or box for my ring. She seemed completely uninterested.

I found out after my experience that the associate helping was new. After canceling my purchase the manager tried to assist but that was after talking to an associate who was very new and not aware of the merchandise.

Honestly I loved this store, bought a lot of jewelries in this store, got a very good customer service before. But the last associate who assisted me and my daughter we are not satisfied with her service. We felt unconfortable trying on the jewelry because if we are asking for a charm that we want to try with the bangle she will ask my daughter to removed the bangle. Actually that time we plan to buy few more charm and rings but we ended just buying 1 item. She was also confused with item description and price.

My questions weren’t answered. I felt forced to purchase whatever. The charms weren’t shown to me say what I liked. Instead of showing me what was available.

Well the associate offered to put my charms on but took the liberty to remove from my bracelet w/out even asking if she could re-arrange the set up at the time. I felt she could have done so and explain why she re-arranged it prior to proceeding cause that’s been my experience most of each time I’ve been to several other locations and it made me fell comfortable about the rep doing so.

The manager Amy was VERY rude to a customer in line, which almost made me turn around and not come back. She needs better customer service training.

The SA had nails too long to open the bracelets to help me try it on and also package it. They were also openly talking about abusive relationships and partying/concerts while i was in the store while cursing.

Throughout the purchase of merchandise sales employee seemed polite. Once purchase was done, upon leaving this Pandora a rude comment was made by sales employee. Will not shop at this particular Pandora again.

It's the week before Christmas and there were not enough people working. I had to put my name on a wait list, then it took forever for the associate to find what I wanted. I then waited about 30 minutes for my purchase to be wrapped which I didnt even want.
