Upon my arrival wanted my bracelets cleaned while I shopped. As the associate tried to assist the manager informed me that she couldn’t clean them because they only had 2 associates on the floor. There was 1 other customer in the store. I contacted corporate. The manager was unprofessional went to lunch and had someone else assist me . Lorene M 107429 was very helpful and professional. The behavior of the manager was very unprofessional. I was just thrown aback that associates were arriving and no one could clean my bracelets because of the manager’s unprofessional behavior

Staff were having a great deal of difficulty completing my transaction with my Pandora credit card on their tablet devices. It took over 20 minutes & 3 attempts to pay for my one dangle bead.

I purchased a clip for my wife so her charms would not slip off, but instead her clip fell off and she lost a few charms. We went in to purchase a new clip to secure the remaining charms. We received a new one secured by the associate. When we got home my wife realized the charms were moving and the clip was gone. We found it in the car but it comes off very easily so her charms are not staying out likely to fall off again.

okay so i feel like i was rushed and i sent 335.86 of my money for a gift for myself on top of coming back to the same place where i had a problem at smh. they gave me a huge bracelet and told me a had to buy another one in order to change the size and before i left i was very admit on the bracelet was going to way too big for me. after arguing for a feel like was way too long and the manager of the store having a attitude like i wasn't make her store money i was very disgusted the agent who helped me was nice but the over all experience messed all of that up for me i still have the huge bracelet you guys need to find more people that has patients and work with your customer not just gave them anything smh.

You were not allowed in the store while you waited to bee helped. You were not allowed to browse. The woman at the door was very curt and had issue with us looking at the displays in the window. She insisted we line up to the other side even though our name was on the list. Been to othe stores that did not operate this way.

I love pandora and will definitely return to a different location. The associate seemed like she was bothered with helping us. We ended up buying 3 things from her. At the end I wasn’t excited to buy it anymore because of her attitude
