I was not Satisfied because I hold to go to another blocation to purchase something that the same exact sales person who returns my item today was not knowledgeable about items that currently on the retired list.

Our sales rep was not very patient with first time buyers. When asked about the upcoming sale, she had no knowledge.

Your sales associate had the enthusiasm of someone simply putting in her time and waiting to punch out and go home. She had no enthusiasm for her job, lacked energy and created an experience that does make me want to return to your store.

I felt like I was putting the sales associate out when I wanted to see different selection. When your stock didn't match my thoughts i went with a different idea. I got a slight eye roll. And even thought I didn't get to see additional pieces because that would have been too much trouble.

I went to the Pandora store in the mall on Monday the sales associate was not friendly at all and I was charge a different price than what was on the wed site and when o brought it to her attention she didnt even care nor explain the reason why I was charge a different price even if I am wrong about the price at least explain to me I would have felt better and she never said thank you not friendly at all

I ordered a ring online and when it came in one of the stones were missing. I brought it to the store to return and she told me that I can only exchange it and not get a refund. I had to pick out a different ring that I didnt like and didnt want instead of getting my money back.

Bracelet was bought for me as a gift, it was too small. Line to exchange was 2 hours, bracelet broke the next day, in line again… has to be a better way

THE SALES REP WAS NOT CARING. I ASKED FOR HER TO CLEAN MY 2 BRACLETS AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD CALL ME I GOT NO CALL FROM CAMILLE R AND HEN I CAME BACK IN FOR MY BRACLETS SHE SD ILL GET IT WENT AND STARTED TALKING TO HER COWORKER THEN WENT ON BREAK...THEN ANOTHER REP LORRAINE WHO HAD PUNCHED OUT. HELPED ME BY GETTING MY BRACELSTES THEN WHEN I INFORMED HER THAT TEHY WER NOT CLEAN SHE TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN IT AND MADE UP FOR THE RUDENESS OF HER COWORKER.......I THINK CAMILLE R NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ...

I bought 2 charms equaling 145.00. On my way out I saw the sign for a free bracelet when you spend 150.00. At no point was this brought up during my selection process or final transaction. I was only off by 5.00, I would have bought a spacer or something if the salesperson had only said something. Now there’s nothing I can do.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Camilla she was very knowledgeable and was about to give me the information needed as well as assisting me with my purchase.
