Rude associate. No mask, yet put it on when she went to manager. I said I just wanted smaller size in ring that I had purchased, an even exchange. Both associate and manager said no until I insisted. There is COVID and time period should be different. I was an even exchange. There should have been no problem. Their curt and rude attitude made me upset. They said I was coming at them. They were the rude ones. They gave no explanation. When I entered store I gave a friendly hello, but associate did not look up. They also did not offer for me to try on correct ring size. Horrible experience. Will not return to that locatiion.

FIRST time making a Pandora Purchase. The Sales rep. was VERY Unprofessional VERY Disappointed with her. I asked about Summer charms & she said Over there That is the kind of answer you give to a customer?? If this is her First day on the job She Needs LOTS more training. I spent $300.00 I am Really Considering taking the Entire Purchase back for a REFUND!! I have dealt with Swarovski Never had an Experience like today. Also at the bottom of the receipt it is asking for validation code there is NONE? I called the store & spoke to Crystal she said this is happening often Its Not possible to email me the $10.00 offer? I am VERY UNHAPPY with Pandora!!

I was given a gift from your store it broke. I was told I couldn’t exchange it for a new one because I didn’t have a receipt. It was a gift so, how do I get a recipient for that? I also spend tons of money there. Also it doesn’t save my e-mail address. I have to give it each time I purchased a item.

The manager was very rude I came in because something happened to my bracelet she took it in the back to clean it I was asking another associate about a grandma charm she was looking for me she said she didn’t have it the manager came back she put bracelet on the counter and said here if this is the best I can do she said was you could buy some cleaner. She didn’t offer to put my bracelet back on are nothing. She just left and went in the back. I ask the other lady what was wrong with her. She said she was supposed to go to lunch hours ago. I then said, well if that’s the case she should have never waited on me and do what she had to do. I ask to speak the the manger and she was the manger.

Line was absolutely terrible waited and hour and a half for a particular item and it was sold old. The employees walking the line don’t ask you for what item you are looking for just that you can browse through your online catalog while you wait. Terrible experience not sure if I’ll shop with any pandora again. Definitely not the Quaker bridge location.
