I bought 4 items at the store, i have gone to this location which is closer to me but due to the lack of knowledge of the sales person, I guess, one of the items was not in the box I tried to call no one answered and I tried next day but again no one answered and I went next day it was closed, it is very unlikely I will come back to this store, it seemed the sales person forgot to put one of the pendant the amount was $25 so i unlikely will keep wasting my time for that amount of money.

The assistant manager helped me with my purchase but, wouldn’t clean my bracelet in which I purchased two new charms. As the manager she should’ve cleaned my bracket. I purchased brand new items and had to put them on a dirty bracelet. Happened last year as well for my birthday on 11/27/19. I purchased two charms myself and my children purchased one a piece for a total of four charms. Highly disappointed in the service I received.

The sales associate I dealt with was very rude and unknowledgeable to my grandmother and I who were picking out a ring for my mom and younger sister. She gave attitude when we wanted to do separated purchases and when I asked a question about the rings I currently own. I left the store very dissatisfied and angry that I had been treated like a child when she was not much older than I am. Then when our rings were getting wrapped she was talking and laughing loudly with the other associates and practically yelled to me how to mark the bags and who's bag is whose.

I received a $200 necklace from Pandora as a gift two months ago. This necklace is very special to me, however it’s been damaged. I went to Pandora to exchange the chain but the associates working there did not even care to help me. They made it seem like it’s my fault the necklace got damaged and that it’s my responsibility to take care of something which I wasn’t explained how too. It seemed as if they did not want to take care of me. The cleaned the necklace and told me this is all we can do for you and nothing more. I had the worst experience with that store, when I spoke to one of the managers there. She told me just call corporate, this is something that they can help you with. We can’t help you at the store. I plan to never go back to that pandora store. The employees at that store do not know how to resolve customer issues. I work in retail myself and I would not treat a customer the way those employees treated me.

The pandora at menlo park mall In Edison new jersey has very rude associates who have absolutely no sense of how to speak to a customer. I had to tell her to drop her attitude and get me another associate who was much Kinder but still very unfriendly vibes. Did not feel welcome at all. Horrible service.

I originally purchased a Pandora bracelet online, for my wife as a Christmas gift 12/2018 and realized the item was the wrong size. I addressed the issue with the bracelet with sales associate Stephanie G. who showed me and my wife at our arrival good customer service. Stephanie asked me, if I had any proof of purchase for the item I wanted exchanged ? I didn't at the time, so I informed Stephanie, Ill call Pandora online customer service to obtain proof of purchase of the bracelet. The Pandora online customer service was excellent in fulfilling my needs. While I was on the phone and after I completed my conversation with the Pandora rep. my wife, and I over heard Stephanie expressing to her staff that my wife's bracelet was Fake! After I provided the information Stephanie needed, my wife and I felt discussed with the disrespect we received. At one point one of the managers referenced to each other, what are we going to do with this item they exchanged, and she expressed in a foul manner, I guess we'll clean it!

The store manager at this location, Ana, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was not at all accommodating, nor did she do anything to resolve my complaints or rectify the situation at hand. I simply wanted to exchange an item that did not coordinate with the color scheme I was trying to create on a new bracelet. I also wanted to return an item that what I purchased at her location the day before, because it did not fit with my other pieces. Anna did not provide any assistance and in fact she insulted me during our Interaction. I have spent a great deal of money at your locations, and expect to be treated as the good customer that I am. The manager at this store was unprofessional at best and incompetent at worst. This is the first time I’ve experienced a problem at a Pandora store and have only had exceptional experiences up to this point. I will never return to this store again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I intend to share my Negative experience with friends and family. The store manager at the Quakerbridge mall location has Lost All future business of a frequent return Customer.

There were about 5 sales associates in the store. We entered once and all were busy with other customers. No one greeted us. We returned and only one person was busy with another customer. No one greeted us and we waited for assistance. Salesperson was not at all friendly.

I went in seeking a pair of rose gold earrings. While waiting my turn on the waiting list, an associate approached me to help me pick out the earrings because I was next in line. I showed him a picture of the earrings I was looking for and he brought over an earring set that included the earrings I wanted. He explained the earrings I want by themselves cost $100 but the set was priced at $124. So I decided to purchase the set. Another sales associate called me up to check out and the previous associate told her which item I was getting. I asked the price of the set and she said $187. I explained to her that the other associate showed me the set which had a tag that read $124. I showed her the set on the display which clearly showed that the set was marked at $124. She explained the set was incorrectly marked and would not honor the sticker price that was on the set.

Associate was rude, and make me wait after the exange was aproved, she was rude and uncaring, was giving me the merchandise in a simple bag not in a box or wrap, she was rude when i ask her for a box
