I was greeted with a friendly hello upon entering the store I was instantly offered assistance. Gabrielle walked me through each step of my purchase, she educated and suggested the holders that stop the charms from moving, insurance for the charms and the kit that includes the cleaning cloth. I was very impressed and will definitely encourage my friends to visit Pandora. I open up a credit account and will be using it

I had been eyeing a pair of earrings online for months but just never got around to ordering them. I decided to take a chance in store to see if they had them. The associate was so nice and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find the pair I was looking for. I left the store wearing my new earrings. So pleased with my purchase!
