I was looking for a particular bracelet in my friend's size (it was a gift), and they scoured the store looking for that size. They found it on display, took it out, and undid the bracelet they made. I would say that is quality customer service: taking the time to look for something specific and then redo a display if need be. You don't find that much anymore. I am very grateful.
