Overall very fast assistance. It was a birthday gift to my grandmother and she absolutely loved it. It was perfectly wrapped and gifted. The assistance was very well needed and helpful.

I knew what I wanted and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

I went into the store to just get a key tool for the bracelet. Since I was there I decided to just look around and just started asking questions to this salesperson name Lisa W., she was just so nice and very patient with me. She started showing me different charms and just looking at different ones and then decided to purchase one for me and one for my friend. She also put my friend and I on a waiting list for a catalog. I was very pleased with me visit that day.

As always, the store is clean and brightly lit, and the service is prompt and friendly. The displays are beautiful, and offer ideas as well as showcasing new items, or previously unexplored items. And I love previous items can be researched to see what i have or don't have, which is a big help.

The staff was very friendly. They were also very knowledgeable. The store was also very organized and well kept.
