Pandora Jewelry

I went into the store to get the cleaning solution for the jewelry. I had a free coupon for it, but in order to get the solution for free I had to purchase something. Since, I was in the store on Sunday and had purchase a few items. I didn't want to spend alot of money today. The sales person suggested that I purchase an item that didn't cost a lot of money in order for me to receive my free cleaning product. She was very convincing and I did buy the item. She even told me about doing the survey which the sales person on Sunday did not mention. She also, told me about how I can get Pandora items by completing surveys.

The customer service was awesome. While I was making a purchase the other representative went to clean my bracelet for me. It wasn't busy, I walked in and they acknowledged me right away.

Because the associate did not know the particular charm I wanted and the supervisor came right over to advise her where to find it. She also assisted her with other chasrms I was looking for.

I love Pandora. The customer service at the Quaker bridge location is always Top Tier. I love to shop online and wait my turn to be texted when it’s busy or even when it’s not I still order online and do a store pick up the website is always accurate on what’s in stock and what’s not plus my fiancé says I take way to long in the store so shopping online and picking up is always perfect for me.

I had an idea, I presented my idea to the associate. She was able to find the charms I was interested in for this bracelet. She helped me put together the bracelet before I left the store.

Everyone working there are so friendly. I would shop there again.

The store was clean. The people were friendly. The store had exactly what I wanted to get.
