The sales associate was very respectful and patient while I was choosing which bracelet I wanted. She gave several options. She even gift wrapped my purchase very neatly.

I only patronize this store and the one at the Fashion Center in Philadelphia, PA. THese are the two stores that I initially purchased charms and my bracelets.

Well it’s High school graduation for my daughter and we just wanted to get her a gift. So we know she has a Pandora bracelet and decided to go to the store at the mall. Customer service was excellent all around.
