I walked and was greeted byEveline immediately. She was courteous and friendly. She was knowledgeable able the chains I was looking for, she answered all of my questions.

Great customer service. Associate was very nice and patient. Associate helped me to organize my bracelet in beautiful colors.

There are only two Pandora stores where I go to purchase my charms. This one and the Pandora in the Philadelphia Fashion Centre Mall. The staff here is very nice, courteous and extremely helpful. I’ve never had a problem with them.

My salesperson, Jean Y, was amazing! She offered excellent customer service that helped me know immediately that she had the confidence to do her job well. She was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about her merchandise. Jean engaged me in conversation to learn more about my personality, likes and dislikes. The store was very clean, loaded with merchandise to browse as you walked in.
