Sales staff gave me enough time to walk around and look at their merchandise without rushing to make a sale. When they could tell I was ready for help they asked if I needed assistance. Cristal went out of her way to help me, measuring my wrist, assisting me in picking out the appropriate bracelet and the charms to start my bracelet. It was a pleasant shopping experience.
