I was a little upset. The sales lady try to sell me a bracelet that doesn't fit. So I just brought a cleaning kit. I went to Menlo Park Mall & brought my bracelet from there.

The customer service was very solid and I got the help I was looking for. Everyone was very kind and the store was kept very nicely. I found exactly what I was looking for and my daughter loved the bracelet.
