I was able to schedule an appointment, I was taken in the store at the appointment time, and I didn’t have to wait in line. The sales girl knew Pandora’s products and I wasn’t in the store long at all.

I took appointment day before. I came little later bcoz of my work and Sale Manager helped me to get off of the line. Was very profesional and quick. I love the store. It is very difficult do normal shopping these days but they manage well. Thank you!!!

The line was long but the hostess was attentive and kind while I waited. The sales associate was very kind and helpful, all around nice experience for my first time at pandora.

Chris was very helpful over the phone. He processed my order quickly & called me when it was ready to pick up. From start to finish it only took maybe 2 hrs. My daughter & I have many pieces of yr. Jewelry & are always always happy with them.

The professionalisim of the saleperson Narisse,her patience and knowledge of the products made the experience an enjoyable one. although there were customers waiting in line outside the store, she didn't rush me. She even took her time to ensure that the wraping was perfect. We need more people like Narisse in customer service.
