I am highly satisfied, I called over the phone for a specific charm, they had it, put it on hold and I had a fairly quick check out considering our Covid situation.

I went into the store looking for a specific product.. a safety chain for my bracelet. The size I needed wasn't in stock and Briana, who took care of me that day suggested checking for it at another store. The sister store of the Lawrenceville NJ had it and another salesperson, I forget her name was more than happy to call the other store and make the arrangement for me! Very, very happy!!!!! Briana also showed me another charm that would fit on my discontinued Essence bracelet .. from the ME collection, and it was perfect and I bought it! Great experience considering the times we are living in.
