The staff was very helpful. If I had to discuss anything that was slightly disappointed, it would be the selection of merchandise. They seemed to be out of quite a few things.

I was new to pandora. The sales associate was patient and helpful.

The professionalism and knowledgeable qualities of the sales associate that assisted my daughter and I made our shopping experience at Pandora enjoyable. The ease of the exchange of a ring where the stone came out. She was very patient and made suggestions on the charms relating to mothers (family) and Disney characters when deciding on the charms for my mother and granddaughter. We were excited to find out from the sales associate that the store had a promotion for a free bracelet. We had excellent service!

My overall experience was great! I enjoy the atmosphere in the Pandora store because of the wonderful employees! And not to mention the merchandise is perfect. So much to choose from. Just add the Looney Tunes collection please.

The salesperson, Narisse M. (#196641]. She (and her Supervisor, whose name I do not know) went far beyond the average “MayI help you” service. “Above and beyond” doesn’t reach the standard of excellence Narisse provided. Plus, her knowledge of products was complete. In addition, the store has hired the right young woman as a greeter. Although wearing a mask, you could feel her smile as you entered and left the store. In all seriousness, this was one of the most impressive retail experiences I’ve ever. If this sounds off the charts, its due to the thoughtfulness, competence, poise and effort Narisse (and the Supervisor) gave me while trying to replace a lost bracelet. A very sad feeling s replaced with a strong impression of professionalism that included goodwill and competence.
