Pandora Jewelry

Today I came into Pandora because I had a bracelet stuck on my wrist for over a year. It was 1 year and 1 month old. I had surgery and even they couldn’t get it off. This stores associates urged me to email corporate about my problem. I did this about 5 times over the course of 8 months. Never got a reply back. So now that it was somewhat safe to go out, I went back into my store and let them know what I was dealing with and that I didn’t know what to do. Narisse immediately looked at my bracelet and knew which one it was. She told me they usually cannot do anything past the year, but she would accommodate me due to corporates negligence and my not so fun issue. They replaced my bracelet with a new style after cutting mine off with tools. Trinity during the process cleaned my charms so nice. I can’t thank the ladies at this store enough for helping me. I thought I was screwed, I didn’t want to loose the sentimental value and cut it off, and make my boyfriend buy me a new one (an anniversary present originally). They made this fast, easy, and friendly service to me today. You have wonderful employees, please send my thanks and love to them for their help today. -Hailey

The store had the items that I was looking for and I purchased them. The sales Associate was very helpful for I had questions on what I wanted to puirchase and she explained them very well. I will be returning to this store soon to make other purchases.
