I called in advance to make sure the store had the item I wanted and was told that they did. I went there but the store associate that I spoke to on the phone wasn't there and it turned out that they did not have the item. The associate who was there looked it up in the computer and told me which store had the item I wanted. I called the other store and the store associate put the item on hold until I arrived there to pick it up the next day.
