People were cool even though it was a long line it was moving fast and the people were helpful.

I walked into a busy store as there were quite a few people holiday shopping. I was lucky because I already knew what I wanted to purchase. I was sent over to a line that was about 5 deep. Within a few minutes, someone approached me and offered to assist me. I showed them on my phone what I was looking for and they were able to locate it very quickly. I was then asked to wait while someone else bagged it for me. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes and then I was on my way. The entire process may have taken 15 minutes and there were still others who had not yet been helped. I was very lucky to get out so quickly.

Because I found what I was looking for n they had a great customer services. They talked to me nicely n find me a great suggestion on what I was tryna get

I love the store and I really like Mrs. Lorene. She always helped us to buy right charms or anything. Yesterday Mrs Lorene asked manager to helped us to find the one I want it and Manager was awesome as well. Thank you
