I was looking for a particular charm for a gift, and the sales associate knew just which one. She also let me know it was on sale, and even with an additional discount that day! She also very nicely asked if I wanted to consider any of the other charms in those cases, and I ended up buying a beautiful second charm for myself even though I hadn't intended to!
