The sales lady Eveline was so very helpful waiting on me. she was very knowledgable on all the Rose rings that I was looking for. I bought 2 that day and want to come back for more.

Eveline was really friendly and is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to tell me what would look good on my bracelet; and was able to arrange the charms in a way that would make them look nice.

I spoke to someone who I believe was a manager when I first came into the store. I found her belittling and dismissive. She actually said to me "How can you not like it, you didn't even open it" which was not true. I looked around the store and really wasn't impressed until speaking to Stephanie G. She helped me SO MUCH that I exchanged the gift I would not have worn, purchased rings I LOVE and spent more than the original gifts price. I am glad I gave it a second chance and talked to Stephanie G. If I had not met her I really feel that I would have left and called the corporate office to complain about the horrible service and reception I received from the first woman I met. Thanks Stephanie the rings look great. You were helpful and understanding of my tastes and needs.

I love the overall layout of the store, although things (understandably) are often moved around. The store is bright, clean, and the associates are so incredibly nice and really know their product. I have never had a problem anytime I've ever shopped there.
