Sales associate, Lily, was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with my purchase.

The associate, Eveline, who assisted me and my mother was very friendly and willing to help. Since we were shopping sale items and there was a limited selection remaining, the visit took quite a while as we went through alternative charms that we liked. Eveline was very patient and never once made us feel like we had to rush. I wish there were more options for the sale, but other than that our experience was highly satisfactory. Thanks Eveline!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora visit because it was quick and easy. Although there was a little wait entering the store(due to the holidays), I was notified immediately when I can enter and was also given a Pandora book to get an idea of what I wanted. From the book, I knew exactly what charm to get and my sales person was nice and quick.

Even though it was crazy busy we were able to walk in and be helped right away. We were looking for Disney charms and our sales associate was also a Disney fan so she was very helpful. It was great talking about our experiences with the pandora at Disney Springs. She was highly knowledgeable and very friendly.
