Sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. I had wanted to exchange a smaller bracelet for a larger size and although I was not allowed, she cleaned all the charms and old bracelet and placed all the charms on the new bracelet that I bought. I will save the smaller one for my younger granddaughter.

This was my first time purchasing from Pandora. My sales associate, Herminia N., was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She also took time to get to know me to find out what my style is like to pick out the best charms. Initially, I was not planning on purchasing yet, however, my experience was so wonderful and fun that I ended up buying my bracelet and several charms. I will definitely return.
