I met the sales lady when the store came to Quakerbridge Mall love her to death, I always tell her she a good sales person, because I have spend a lot of money in the store just because of her. She just a joy to do business with. Today she told me to bring my bracelet back to clean them she also show me all the new charms that came in.

Because associates were terrific. Store was clean We found everything

I had a difficult request ( aquamarine earrings) and the sales staff was very helpful in finding something to fit my request.

Me and my boyfriend walked in and were immediately greeted by both sales associates! I just wanted to look through the catalogue. I saw a charmed I wanted and sales associate showed me another version of it and I actually liked hers more and ended up getting the one she showed me!

I love this store but the prices are somewhat high, which is something I don't like that much... I reccomend putting more sports on the sports section like boxing or other sports that are not mentioned as often as others... like tennis and other sports as well.

The sales associate was extremely nice! Loved her! She was very polite and knew exactly what i wanted and helped me organize my bracelet and charms to look lovely. Nice suggestions and cleaned my bracelet as well.

Love the quality of the merchandise. And the Associates in this store are the best.
