The associate was very attentive. The merchandise I needed was in stock. It was wrapped so that it could be given as is for a gift.

I bought it for my wife at Valentine's Day and she really loves it.

I had a Pandora necklace and charms which needed to be polished and cleaned they did an excellent job of cleaning the necklace and charms in a reasonable amount of time. I also purchased a new item which they were readily able to assist me with the purchase.
