The sales person was extremely helpful and patient. She tried very hard to help me pick charms that I would be happy with. Her customer service was outstanding! Wish I caught her name.

I like the Pandora charms, however, I was very unhappy to see that all of the charms I previously purchased at more than $2,000.00 were now on sale for 45% off.

I wanted to get a polishing cloth, & Christopher the sales associate asked me if I knew about the cleaning kit that was available for the holiday. I did not, & he grabbed one to show me. After a thorough explanation of every piece in the kit, I decided it was a better deal for me. I would not have known about the kit had Christopher not asked & explained. That's great customer service & skill.

The selection was adequate and the sale of 45% off buying 3 of the selected items was a good deal for me.

The associate was very helpful, she had knowledge and experience on the product. Beside, the sale offers were great.
