Everyone was nice and the selection was good. On this day at least.

I was really impressed to be greeted at the door by an associate who immediatly added me to the wait list. After a fairly short wait i was helped by a very nice associate named Dionna. She made me my dream pandora bracelet and even wrote happy birthday on my box!

The sales team was very friendly and helpful. I like the selection of Disney charms. I will definitely be returning for more gifts in the future.

It is always satisfying to meet with sales people who know all the products and are quick to suggest similar ones. She was adept at showing many charms. Also comparing different ones and answering the varying prices

My wife loves Pandora and it is always a safe gift that she will treasure.
