Normally at every pandora store I have been to you are greeted as soon as you walk in. I was completely ignored but the next two people that walked in after me were acknowledged. I had to stand there for a few minutes before someone actually said a word to me. It was very rude.

I haven't given the gift yet to know 100% if the gift will be approved of. I wished they would have been able to go back further in my girlfriend's purchasing history. Also, it would have been nice if they knew her size.

I got a ping bog for 3loose charms. And asked if I wanted a Pandora bag for my $200+ purchase. I felt the final purchase could have been better.

I was satisfied with my purchase, sales girls were very friendly.

I looked on line for my options, went to the store and got what I needed for a gift. The selection was very good. The clerk was helpful and efficient. The merchandise was- however- expensive.

Online coupon would not work in store. Online item was not available. So had to purchase full price in store??? Staff was very nice and knowledgeable!

I had to wear a mask and fully vaccinated. Was not allowed to look at the book for the ring I was looking for because of coronavirus restrictions.

I always feel that there is always room for improvement.
