I brought my daughter and her friend to purchase matching rings. Within an hour to an hour and a half from putting their rings on (in store), both of the girls' fingers turned green. This was highly disappointing to two 13 year olds that used their own money to purchase their rings. : ( I have many bracelets from Pandora and this has never happened to me. My daughter has a bracelet herself and that did not turn her skin green. I'm not sure what is up with these rings, but I have two very disappointed teenagers here.

I first tried purchasing a ring online to be delivered. It accepted but then the next day told me it got denied for billing and shipping address not being the same. It’s understandable. I decided to go in store and purchase it. Chatted with a CSR about my refund. Still haven’t received my refund and also wasn’t able to use my discount I got for my first purchase online purchase because it was declined. First experience with you guys wasn’t so great. Just waiting on my refund it’s been more than 5 days already.

There was a charm I requested be added to the bracelet I purchased. It was tarnished yellow. Instead of replacing it with another the sales rep kept trying to clean it. Ultimately, its not matching the silver bracelet because it has a yellow tint.
