I’m only fifteen but wanted to get my mom a Christmas gift. I had a small budget but things are very pricy. I know the value is high, but I wish there was a section for customers on a budget.

Inquired about retired matching earrings and necklace. Sales associate said, yes, we have both of them. The store Did not have either.

When I got there they didn’t have everything out . They had to look thru a whole lot of inventory that wasn’t packaged to find the item I was looking for ... not organized correctly

I had purchased a locket for my daughter in law when she had my grandson. And I had gotten the boy charms for in it. She just had another baby - a girl- and I wanted girl charms. But they have been discontinued. Very frustrating when stores do this.

The counter top was sprayed down but not wiped, therefore it was difficult to see through the glass. After picking out what I wanted, I had to wait until the thing to pay with was available for me to pay with card.

It was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They were very good at controlling the customers in the store. It’s been a long time since I was at a pandora store. I’m glad I came back.
