It was very hot in the store. This made it really hard to focus and shop. Also there is not a large selection of clips.

Had the particular charm my son was looking for. Store was busy before holiday but they kept things moving. Gifts from here are always appreciated.

The store was busy and we had to put our name on a list and wait for someone to wait on us. Frustrating because we knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t get it until someone was available

I always feel like there is room for improvement. The sales associate seemed new, and had to ask her co worker a few questions. she was knowledgable on basic questions

the employees were very nice and easy to talk to. they answered any and all of the questions that I had and were not annoying about it. Great experience at the store
