I love the products but wd appreciate discounts in my monthly statements

It was ok

I entered the store knowing exactly what I wanted. As I was trying to tell the person helping me what I wanted there was another associate standing next to me talking & asking me questions. I was quite annoyed.

Although the product is great, it took 20-30 minutes to get waited on. The store was very busy and I believe they were under staffed. I contemplated going to an other jeweler outlet, but my fiance LOVES Pandora. With minor changes, you could improve the customer checkout experience during the holiday season.

I spent almost $200 at this visit one day before a promotion to receive a special deal. I know of many stores that make exceptions to repeat customers and offer promotion a few hours early if customer meets all criteria for said promotion. I feel I should have been offered the promo a little early since I had driven that far and spent enough to qualify had I gone the next day. ( Out of a courtesy of being a frequent return customer)

Sales associate did not take charms out of the case. We had to view the Charms thru the glass until we asked to have them above the glass. Attitude of associate was not the best after asking for the charms to be above the glass

Several items I wanted to get were out of stock.

They did not offer more than one suggestion. Nice but not over the top service. Service was like any other jewelry store.

We went there specifically for the 25% off sale. I made it perfectly clear that that's why we were there on this particular occasion. We declined purchasing a couple of items because they did not qualify for the sale. I purchased 4 items. When I got home I saw that 2 of the items were not 25% off - this is annoying to me since again, it was clear that we wanted to benefit from that sale specifically. However, all of the sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a great experince. I will deff will be coming back.
