It took over 40 minutes to do even Exchange

I believe my Associate was not thrilled with me because this visit I was only getting one charm. I have bought here before and have bought more than this. This was to get a graduation gift. I had to ask for the gift to be gift wrapped.

Simply wished store space was a little bigger to move around.

The sales associates always seem somewhat pushy. I understand they want to sell something, but a pandora store should not feel like a car lot.

I researched the item on Pandora website and the cost of item was significantly less per item I purchased 3 of the same. Also the price to individually gift wrap was also significantly less on line ?
