The salesclerk was not very helpful of knowledgeable about the Pandora Me collection. I had purchased 2 links that I wanted to attach to my necklace but I didn't like the circle link that was suggested to use. I asked about using a ring connector and she told me it wouldn't work, I did ask to try it, it worked but I ended up not buying it and returning the 2 sets of links. The one link, which I liked, didn't shine on the necklace. It was kind of not sparkly once it was on. I ended up retuning both sets of links and buying my daughter a ring.

Not enough tablets for sales crew. I was waiting to be checked out but sales girl was helping manager get items out of case Instead of ringing me out. 3 tables shared with 5 people. Makes wait long

I felt the store looked a bit rough around the edges. Could use an update. The staff was ok.I didn’t feel special. I felt the inventory was low. I still purchased items but left feeling a bit down regarding the appearance and staffs friendliness. They were nice but not super nice.

I never take off my bracelet, and when they cleaned it i'm missing my first ever charm I got for my wedding! I tried calling, waiting to hear back. But I live in NJ. Not sure if they found it, how I would get it back.

Everything was good, except I had to wait outside in the heat looking at my stuff at a catalog trying to pick it out instead of being able to go in and look wow an associates checked out another customer they could have had me go in and just stand on the other side of the store

I ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC CHARM, I EVEN HAD THE OFFICIAL PRODUCT NUMBER AND DISCRIPTION. SALES GALS WERE CLUELESS AND TRIED TO PASS OFF A DIFFERENT HEART CHARM AS THE CHARM. THE CHARM I REQUESTED WAS VIOLET ENAMEL HEART, THEY KEPT PUSHING A RED HEART AND TELLING ME I WAS CONFUSED ABOUT THE COLOR

I bought a rin size 64, and it was scratched or damage how you want to call it. So I when to change it and they took good care of me but afterward at home my girlfriend realized that the ring was size 62 so wrong for a mother days present! Finally, I when back to exchange it for the correct size and know I'm happy!

I , purchase 3 charms, The assistant wrapped them. Upon arriving at home 18 mi. from this store I discovered 1 charm was missing. At around the same time I received a call from the sales girl that she forgot to wrap the 3rd charm, thus another visit 18 miles to the store. I traveled a total of 72 miles (2 visits to & back) to buy 3 charms. I was given a polishing cloth (all of .50 cents) for my inconvenience. Bravo great salesmanship. Happy Holidays!

I bought two pairs of earrings, first pair had no problem, the second pair had a problem that the hood was unable to close. I put away the problem ones, and asked a good one. I decided to buy these two pairs of earrings, the sales told me she would help to wash the earrings after I purchased. Then she wrapped up the products and I directly went back home. Soon I found I got the second pair of earrings is just the one I put away, and I told the sales about the problem before I purchased. I couldn't believe she would put back in and sell this problem pair to me. I drove back to the store quickly, the store was closed, but two sales were still in the store. They opened door for me, I told them the problem of the purchase, I wanted to make a return for the problem one. They said they already turned off their register, not allow to make return for the day. I decided to have an exchange, the sales who served me from the previous purchase, she first told me there's no more same pair of this, then I told her, you have the other same pair of earrings I were here to buy that one. Then she remembered that pair, and let me exchange it. I wasn't satisfied with service from the sales.
